7.Tap “**Add extension**”

8.Once added, tap “_Bookmark_”, and then select “**Trust Wallet**"

9.Tap “**Create a new wallet**” or if you already have one, you can “_import or recover your wallet_”.

10.“**Create a password**” that is hard to predict and easy to remember for you. Make sure you have read and agreed to the “_Terms of Use_”. Then tap “**Proceed**”.

11.Review the information on the Back Up Your Secret Phrase page, then tap “**Start**” to continue.

**Remember:**

- NEVER EVER share your secret phrases (aka recovery phrase) with anyone, under any circumstances.
- NEVER use your secret phrase on any unknown website or App, other than the official wallet App.
- Safely backup your secret phrases. If you lose your secret phrase, you will lose access to your wallet and the crypto within it forever. So, **store your secret phrase safely and NEVER share it with anyone.**

12.The 12 letters shown in the screenshot are your “**secret phrase**”. Write them down in the order they appear, save it safely and tap “**Proceed**”.

13.“**Confirm your secret phrase**” by selecting the word in order and then tap “**Next**”

14.Congratulations, your wallet is created and now you’re ready to trade on PancakeSwap. Now tap on “**Open Wallet**” and read the basic instructions

15.Now open the [PancakeSwap website](https://pancakeswap.finance/?chain=eth) and refresh the page and select “**Trust Wallet**” in the connect wallet option. You will see a pop up of “_Opening Trust Wallet_”

16.A confirmation message will appear on your screen or in the browser to connect your Trust Wallet with PancakeSwap, tap “**Connect**”.

17.Once the wallet is connected, tap “**Trade**” and select “**Swap**” to trade on PancakeSwap. _You can also explore other products_

18.Select the token you want to Swap from the dropdown menu by tapping on **ETH**. The default pair is **ETH-USDC**, you can select whichever token you want to trade. Then insert the amount of token you want to trade.

20.A new window will appear and all the details will be displayed, check all the details and tap “**Confirm Swap**”

21.A confirmation message will be sent to your wallet, tap “**Approve**”. Until you confirm, the screen will appear like this

22.Once approved and the transaction is completed, a final confirmation window will appear with “**Transaction Submitted**”. Now you can tap “_View on etherscan_” to view the transaction details.

**If PancakeSwapX has liquidity that locates a better execution price, the platform will automatically route your trade there**. At launch, PancakeSwapX will not charge trading fees for selected pairs and offer gasless swaps. Traders simply need to sign an off-chain order, while external liquidity providers already cover the gas fees in the trades, ensuring a seamless transaction process. Failed or expired orders remain off-chain, meaning there are no gas fees for trades that failed to route through PancakeSwapX.

If liquidity from PancakeSwapX is unavailable, your trade will not be routed through it. Instead, our platform will automatically search for a better execution price through our standard AMM pools, where standard PancakeSwap fees will apply.
