Market Maker Integration Update

👋🏻Heads up on some changes for our Market Maker Integration for Ethereum.

In response to the latest updates, we added support for RNDR and FET while ceasing support for assets such as AAVE, FTM, MANA, MKR, YFI, SAND, UNI, and SUSHI. Rest assured; the changes are to ensure minimal slippage and the most favorable prices when trading on Ethereum PancakeSwap.

v3 Airdrop Campaign

In April, we launched a campaign for early supporters of PancakeSwap v3. Users who met specific liquidity contribution and maintenance requirements in selected pools were eligible to participate.

Proposal to reduce Farm Emissions for PancakeSwap v3

In our recent vote proposal, the community supported the reduction of BNB Chain v2 and v3 Farm emissions, with 98.55% voting in favor. The proposal aims to lower v3 BNB Chain emissions to 0.75 CAKE/block and remove v2 Farm emissions for BTC, ETH, and BNB pairs. This decision is driven by the realization that v3 Farm emissions could achieve optimal execution for traders on the BNB Chain without the complete 1.0 CAKE/block, and that v3 emissions were ready to replace v2 emissions for the specified pairs.

bCAKE for v3 and Position Manager will complement the reduction in emissions. We value the community's active involvement and encourage further participation in shaping the future of PancakeSwap.

Farms Migration v2 to v3

We successfully migrated six Farms from v2 to v3 in May, including Peel (BUSD), BNBX (BNB), GAL (BNB), ID (USDT), C98 (BNB), and CSIX (CAKE). All the Farm migrations are now complete, providing you with an opportunity to provide liquidity and start earning CAKE rewards. The transition to v3 pairs incentivizes liquidity for tokens and supports healthy trading volumes for PancakeSwap.

New Farms

In line with our commitment to expanding the DeFi ecosystem, we are excited to introduce nine farms on PancakeSwap V3, available on both BNB Chain and Ethereum. These farms give users more opportunities to participate in yield farming and earn rewards. Syrup Pools

PancakeSwap introduced two exciting Syrup Pools in May, providing users with unique earning opportunities. The first pool allowed users to stake their CAKE tokens and earn PEEL tokens; this initiative enabled CAKE holders to contribute to the ecosystem and earn rewards in the form of PEEL tokens. Additionally, PancakeSwap introduced another Syrup Pool where users could stake CAKE and earn RPL tokens. Participate in our Syrup Pools now!

Paraswap Integration

We're excited to announce that Paraswap has integrated our v3 liquidity pools on BNB Chain and Ethereum. With Layer 3 as their guide, participants experienced firsthand the vast potential of Omnichain DeFi solutions.

Meme Competition

We hosted a meme competition in collaboration with pSTAKE Finance. Participants had the chance to win 50 in PSTAKE by creating an original meme featuring pStakeFinance and PancakeSwap. Participants needed to comment on the tweet, like and retweet it, and follow @PancakeSwap, @pStakeFinance, and @pSTAKE_stkBNB to enter. PStake meme connoisseurs chose the winners, and the submission deadline was May 28, 2023.
