### **Winner Selection:**

- **BTC Price Source:** Predictions will be based on the **CoinMarketCap BTC price** at **05:00 UTC on February 1, 2025**.
- **Prizes:** A total of **$500 USDT** will be shared among the winners.
    - **Exact Guess**: If more than one person guesses the exact BTC price, those participants will share the $500 USDT prize pool equally. (Max 10 winners)
    - **Maximum Winners:** Up to 10 winners will share the prize pool.
    - **More Than 10 Winners**: If more than 10 participants make an exact guess, a random lucky draw will determine the final 10 winners.
    - **No exact guesses?** If no one submits an exact prediction, the prize pool will not be awarded.
